VTB has bought a five-star hotel in Kamchatka
A VTB entity has become the owner of the Kamchatka Chalet complex in the village of Paratunka near Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The hotel was previously owned by entities linked to the son of the Primorye governor.
The bank plans to develop the area and build additional facilities. VTB is also actively investing in the region tourism infrastructure.
Among the new projects are a four-star hotel in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and a year-round children camp in the Yelizovsky district. Total investment exceeds 14 billion roubles.
